Before your products can go live on Bubble Goods, we require a few documents to verify your business and ensure your products meet our marketplace standards.
All sellers must upload:
- Completed W-9
- Brand-level Food Safety Certificate
Additional product-specific certificates may be required depending on the claims made on your products.
W-9 Requirements
Upload a completed and signed W-9 in the Documents tab of your Seller Dashboard.
Please make sure:
- The business name matches the information on your seller account
- The business address on your W-9 matches the business address listed in your Seller Dashboard
- The form is signed and up to date
Food Safety Certificate Requirements
All sellers must provide a current brand-level Food Safety Certificate for the facility producing their products.
Please ensure your certificate:
- Is current and valid
- Is issued to your business
- Applies to the facility producing your products
Product-Specific Certificates
If any of your products have specific claims or certifications listed on the packaging or product page, you must upload this documentation.
Examples include:
- USDA Organic Certification
- Kosher or Halal Certification
- Gluten-Free Certification
- Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Uploading Your Documents
Upload all required documentation through your Seller Dashboard > Settings > Documents section. Ensuring your documents are accurate and up to date will help prevent delays in the onboarding process.
