Important Update: Process Change (2026)
Shopify changed how store connections work on January 1, 2026. The setup process we used previously is no longer available for new brands onboarding after this date.

For Existing Brands: If your store is already live and connected, your integration continues to work normally as-is.
Orders from Bubble Goods will continue to automatically sync to your Shopify store through your existing fulfillment system without any required changes. Contact Bubble Goods Support if you are experiencing any issues with your existing Shopify integration.
For New Brands: If you are connecting for the first time, you must follow the updated steps below.
Setting Up the Integration
Connecting your store is a two-part process: installing a custom app on your Shopify backend and then linking that store to your Bubble Goods Seller Dashboard.
Step 1: Access Your Custom Install Link
Every brand on Bubble Goods has a unique installation path.
Reach out to Bubble Goods Support or check your onboarding documentation to receive your unique App Install Link.
Copy your App Install Link entirely from the provided documentation.
Step 2: Install the App in Shopify
Paste the App Install Link into your browser address bar.
Shopify will prompt you to log in to your shop.
Once connected, you will see a confirmation screen. These permissions allow Bubble Goods to sync orders and fulfillment data.
Click Install to finalize the app connection on the Shopify side.
Step 3: Link to Your Bubble Goods Account
After installation, you should be redirected back to the Bubble Goods portal (specifically to the Account Settings page).
If you are not automatically redirected, manually log in to your Bubble Goods Seller Dashboard and navigate to Account Settings.
Locate the Connect to Shopify button.
Enter your store's unique myshopify.com URL (e.g.,
https://your-brand-name.myshopify.com).Click Connect to Shopify.
Verifying the Connection
After clicking connect, you should see a message stating "Shopify Connected Successfully". To double-check the status:
Look for the Bubble Goods x Shopify Integration panel on your Account page.
The status should display as Connected.
The panel will show the specific "Scopes" (permissions) we have requested.
Troubleshooting & Tips

Redirection Issues: Occasionally, Shopify may not automatically send you back to Bubble Goods after you hit "Install".
If this happens, simply go back to your Bubble Goods Account Settings manually and proceed with Step 3.
Connection Issues: Ensure you are using your internal
.myshopify.comURL rather than a custom domain.
