Our Stamp of Approval
Every product on Bubble Goods must go through our sample approval process before it can go live on our marketplace.
We require samples of every product you'd like to sell on our platform so our team can verify that it meets our standards for clean ingredients, packaging integrity, and exceptional taste. This review helps ensure every product on Bubble Goods delivers the high quality and customer experience our shoppers expect.
Product Sample Requirements
Before you go live on Bubble Goods, our team will physically review your products to ensure they meet our Bubble Goods Ingredient Standards.
Please send at least two samples of each product variety or flavor. During our review, we will:
- Verify your products meet our ingredient standards
- Confirm your product labels match the ingredients listed in your Seller Dashboard
- Evaluate packaging integrity and overall presentation
- Review your shipping materials to ensure products are packaged safely for transit
- Taste your products to ensure they meet our standards
Taste Evaluation: Our team tastes every product to ensure it meets our standards for exceptional quality and overall experience. While ingredients and packaging are important, taste is also a key part of our review, and products may be denied if they do not meet our taste expectations.
Package and ship your samples exactly as you would a customer order, including any tamper seals, coolant, insulation, bubble wrap, inserts, or other protective packaging. We're evaluating your fulfillment standards alongside the product itself to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.

How to Submit a Sample
- Sign in to your seller dashboard at app.bubblegoods.com
- Navigate to Products
- Click Add Product to create a new listing
- Enter product details (or import from Shopify if you've connected your store, see Shopify Setup Guide)
- Ship your samples to the address below
- Return to your listing and add tracking info in the Sample Tracking section
After You Ship
- Enter tracking info in the "Update Tracking Info" section of your product submission
- Expect a response within 1-2 weeks of receipt
Sample approval is a major step in the Bubble Goods onboarding process. Please ensure your product listings within your dashboard match the ingredients listed on your actual physical labels.
While you await our feedback on samples, be sure to complete all onboarding steps like uploading required business documentation, finalizing account settings, and setting up your bank payout configuration via Stripe.
Perishable Products
Perishable sellers must ship nationwide and use the Bubble Goods x Shopify Integration for order fulfillment.
Shipping Requirements
Temperature control: Maintain under 38°F (refrigerated) or under 32°F (frozen) for minimum 48 hours transit
Insulation: Minimum 1.5" thick walls
Coolant: Gel packs or dry ice as appropriate for product type
Dry ice shipments: Include warning label with safe handling and disposal instructions
Customer Storage Instructions: Include on packaging or as insert
Shelf life: Minimum 7 days upon customer arrival. Products with shorter shelf life must arrive frozen.
