Below is the breakdown of our photo requirements if you're interested in selling on Bubble Goods!
High-quality product photography helps shoppers understand your products and improves conversion. To ensure a consistent shopping experience across the Bubble Goods marketplace, all product listings must meet the following image requirements.
Photo File Requirements
We accept the following file types: JPG (.jpg), PNG (.png), and GIF (.gif)
Photo Size Requirements
All product images must:
- Be a 1:1 square ratio (Ideally be at least 1024x 1024px), High Resolution with a minimum resolution of 300dpi
- Be 5 MB or smaller

Non-Perishable Product Photos
Every non-perishable product listing requires a minimum three specific images:
Image #1: Hero Product Image (Required)
The hero image is the main image customers see when browsing Bubble Goods. Think of this as your product’s “money shot.”
This image must include the product by itself on a white background and clearly show what the customer is purchasing. We recommend including both the packaging and the product whenever possible to help customers understand what the product is, the size, and what they can expect to receive.
Image #2: Lifestyle Image (Required)
Lifestyle images should show your product in use and help customers understand how they can enjoy it. The customer should be able to quickly understand what the product is and how it is used.
Image #3: Nutrition Facts & Ingredient Label (Required)
Include a clear image of your Nutrition Facts Panel and ingredient list so customers can easily review product details.
If your product listing includes a multi-pack (6-pack, 12-pack, etc.), we recommend including an additional image that highlights the quantity and helps customers visualize what they will receive.
Additional images can also be used to showcase different angles, product in use, product details, or serving suggestions.
Perishable Product Photos
Perishable products can follow the same general photo requirements as non-perishable products, with a few category-specific recommendations.
Meat & Seafood
If you're under the Meat/Seafood Category, please highlight both the product and packaging when possible. If your product comes in branded packaging, show the packaging alongside the product. If your product does not include branded packaging, showcase the product neatly on white butcher or parchment paper.
Produce (CSA, Fruits, Vegetables, etc.)
Show the packaging in your product images if possible. If your products are delivered without branded packaging, focus on a clean and professional presentation of the produce.
Bakery (Bread, Baked Goods, Desserts, etc.)
Highlight both the packaging and the product itself. For example, show whether your bread comes as a whole loaf, sliced, or individually packaged so customers know exactly what they will receive.
