Return and Exchange Policy:
We understand that not everything works out, and our team is happy to help try to make things right however we can.
That said, we are not able to process any returns or exchanges on any of our products due to food safety regulations. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
Refund Processing:
If your order was refunded for any reason, below is a breakdown of how the money will come back to you.
Original Payment Method Refunds:
- If the order was paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
- For PayPal, the refund will go back to the respective PayPal account.
- For orders paid by debit card the refund is typically credited back to the same bank account. This process usually takes 3-5 business days.
Gift Card Refunds:
- If the order was paid fully or partially by a Bubble Goods gift card, that amount will be refunded back to a new gift card sent to the customer.
- The refund gift card does not expire and can be used for future purchases.
Gift card and partial credit card refunds:
- For gift card plus credit card, the total will refund to the credit card for the authorized amount, with the remaining going back to a new gift card which will be sent via email to the customer.
