We fully understand the need to cancel a Bubble Goods order if plans unexpectedly change post-purchase. As a marketplace supporting small makers, we aim to accommodate cancellations when possible.
However, do know that the Makers in our Marketplace individually prepare each order. They have a 2 business day timeframe between order placement and shipment.
So for the best chance of being able to cancel, please get in touch with Bubble Goods Customer Support within 12 hours of purchasing:

Providing notice that you wish to cancel within 12 hours of order processing allows an adequate opportunity to contact Makers before shipment. Because items ship from our Makers directly to you, we cannot always guarantee that we can stop an order from shipping.
Remember that cancellations can no longer be processed if your order has already shipped.
