How do I check a gift card balance?

There are two different ways you can check the balance on your gift card. First, you can use the view balance link from the original email you received when the gift card was delivered.

The other option is to add the gift card code to your cart during checkout and it will take off the amount that is on the gift card. If the amount is not enough to cover your checkout total, it will have you pay any additional remaining balance with a credit card. 

Do Bubble Goods gift cards expire?

Nope! Bubble Goods gift cards do not have an expiration date so recipients can redeem them at any time. The balance will remain on the gift card until it is used.

Are there any restrictions on what I can purchase?

Gift cards can be redeemed for any item on BubbleGoods.com. Any remaining balance after your purchase stays on the card for future use. Gift cards do not cover shipping costs. The purchaser must cover those costs separately.

Can I pay partially with a credit card and gift card?

Yes, you can use both. Be sure to enter the gift card code first, so the amount is taken off your total. From there, you'll be able to enter your credit card info.
