When an order is placed on Bubble Goods for one of your products, you will receive notification that it is time to fulfill the order. We require that orders are shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
While logged into your Bubble Goods Seller Dashboard, you can view and print your labels in the Order Fulfillment tab. If you have an order to fulfill, a number will populate next to the tab like below:
Once you click order fulfillment, you can click "Get Label and Packing Slip." Once this is clicked, this screen will populate:
Simply put in your shipment dimensions, and click create label. The dimensions that auto populate like above can be deleted and replaced with the correct dimensions and weight.
This will populate a label to ship out your product(s) to the customer. You can print the packing slip as well to put in the box and to confirm all products are included in the order that should be.

What if I need to ship an order in multiple boxes but only received one shipping label?
Email support@bubblegoods.com with the order number, number of boxes, and total number of remaining labels needed. We will get this to you asap.
I cannot fulfill an order - how do I cancel the order?
Please adjust your inventory levels to avoid this issue. To cancel an order, please contact us in your seller portal with the order number and explain why this order cannot be fulfilled. (i.e., there is no inventory to fulfill this order; this item is recalled..)
I accidentally shipped the wrong items - what do I do?
Contact us with the order number and what was mistakenly shipped so we can let the customer know You will need to re-ship the correct items to the customer and cover the shipping cost for the extra shipment.
