Keeping your inventory up to date helps ensure customers can purchase products that are available. How you manage inventory depends on whether your Bubble Goods account is connected to Shopify.
Connected to Shopify?
If your Shopify store is connected to Bubble Goods, your inventory is automatically synced from Shopify. Any inventory updates made in Shopify will automatically be reflected on Bubble Goods.
You can view your inventory by navigating to Seller Dashboard > Products. Each Bubble Goods product will display the current inventory quantity under the Inventory column.
Updating a Shopify Product Link
If a Bubble Goods product is linked to the wrong Shopify product, you can update the connection from the product page.
To update a product link:
- Navigate to Seller Dashboard > Products
- Select the product you want to update
- In the Pack Sizes section, click the dropdown arrow
- Click Unlink to remove the existing Shopify connection
- Click Link and select the correct Shopify product
- Click Save Changes
Your inventory will begin syncing from the newly linked Shopify product.
Please Note: Bubble Goods does not currently support Shopify Product Bundles. If you want to sell an item that is part of a Shopify bundle, you will need to create a separate individual product in Shopify and link that product to your Bubble Goods listing. The product does not need to be visible on your storefront, but it must remain active in your Shopify admin for inventory syncing.
Don't Have A Shopify Store?
If you are not connected to Shopify, you can manage your inventory directly from the product page in your Seller Dashboard > Products.
To Update Inventory
- Navigate to Seller Dashboard > Products
- Select the product you want to update
- In the Pack Sizes section, update the quantity under Inventory
- Click Save Changes
How to mark a product as out of stock: Enter 0 as the inventory quantity and click Save Changes.
