In instances where your brand has 2 or more unfulfilled orders pending out of SLA (our 2 business day fulfillment window per our terms and conditions) and we are unable to reach your team via email or phone, your brand will be put under a probationary status until further action is taken.
We of course want all live brands to continue selling through Bubble Goods, but we need to preserve customer experience and the fulfillment terms and conditions set forth in the marketplace as a priority.
In order to have your brand status reinstated to live, you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Please fill out the google form linked HERE, and our Support Team will be in touch shortly on next steps. If you have any questions while completing the form, please reach out to support@bubblegoods.com.
- If there is further information needed before setting your brand back to live, our Support Team will reach out directly to make sure this is communicated directly.
- Once your brand is set back to live, it's urgent that you update your inventory on your Bubble Goods dashboard to accurately reflect current levels for all live products.
- As a final step, we suggest reviewing the information under each tab to make sure all provided fields show as up to date, and you're good to start selling again on Bubble Goods!
