Improve Your Product Listings Quality
Listing quality is an important factor in getting found in search. It's important to consider that if your product is unique, it's even more important to have the correct key words in your listings.
Specific keywords in the food space generate more traffic to your listings, so be sure to replace keywords that may not be generating traffic with better ones.
Outside of the language, there are other quality issues to consider, outlined as follows:
- Blurry or low quality photos
- Photos with poor contrast or they're too dark
- Lifestyle imagery that doesn't speak to the product use
- A title or description of product that is not clear
- Your product doesn't have enough tags
- Your pack sizes may be creating a barrier for entry

Add More Product Reviews
Products with over 10 reviews on each product have been shown to drive conversion and instill confidence in customers. To add to that, 93% of customers say that their buying decisions are influenced by online reviews. You can easily upload initial or additional reviews to any product on our site, so make sure as you acquire new ones, they're posted to Bubble Goods.

Improve Your Fulfillment Timelines
If you've been fulfilling orders on the platform and are not seeing repeat purchase behavior, this may be due to a poor customer experience with fulfillment.
All orders should be fulfilled within 2 business days, and if there is any diversion from that it needs to be specified on your product listing, as well as being relayed to the Bubble Goods team.
Additionally packaging is extremely important. The unboxing experience is memorable to shoppers and a way to cement your brand image with the customer. If items are received spoiled or in non-food safe packaging, they're likely not to reorder as well as potentially request a refund.
