Bubble Goods is excited to roll out our 2024 improved Seller Dashboard, with many changes implemented directly from feedback we received from our sellers!

1. Order Fulfillment Updated Prompts + Management
The order fulfillment page in all dashboards have been updated to streamline and clarify the process for all Bubble Goods sellers.
For Connect or Shopify integrated brands, language has been added to clarify that all fulfillments are reflected directly from how they are fulfilled in that brands Shopify store.
For basic brands, the label creation feature has been greatly improved, giving brands the ability to generate an accurate label to the specific dimensions and weight of the package they are shipping to the customer.
Additionally, we've added numeric icons to call out for all brands, when you there are orders pending fulfillment from the side bar navigation, as well as showing this on your home page, as explained in the next bullet point.
2. Improved Home Page Experience for Live Sellers
For brands that are live with no tasks outstanding, the home page of the dashboard is more informative than ever, giving you the highest priority information needed up front.
You can see total sales, pending orders, earnings, and your fulfillment speed, as well as a layout of all of the highest priority product information for your brand.
You can now view your total sales, orders pending fulfillment, pending earnings that have yet to be paid out, and your average fulfillment speed. Review summary is also included to help encourage reviews to be uploaded (more reviews lead to more sales!)
3. Tips for Growth!
A new "Growth Tips" tab has been added to the Seller Dashboard to help guide sellers on actions they can take to drive sales from the start.
Within this tab, you will find a checklist of items to complete that can help boost sales within the platform. This covers everything from the basics of uploading reviews, and adding UPC codes to track better in our Ads, to social media collaborations or partnering on a sale.
You'll also find some helpful articles linked directly, on topics and strategies you can utilize to drive sales within the platform!
4. More Instructional Prompts + Alerts
We've improved the home page when logging onto the Bubble Goods Seller Dashboard. Any approved products that are not yet live or are awaiting an inventory sync will be at the top of your dashboard to ensure you're alerted if any products are not properly live on the platform.
Also listed is a clear checklist of anything that may be outstanding to complete onboarding.
For live brands that are still pending tasks, only those needing attention are called out on the home page.
5. Inventory Management Improvements
When you click into the inventory tab on the dashboard, you can now easily see the total products waiting to go live (see below).
We've also made updating inventory easier than ever. For Standard plan plan brands, you can easily update the inventory of individual products.
For Shopify Integrated, Connect brands, it's easier than ever to "create Shopify links" for your products, and easily connect the product from your Shopify inventory to your Bubble Goods listing.
