Managing Your Products

Updating existing products within your Bubble Goods Dashboard is simple! Please see the below common scenarios regarding updates to your products and how you can go about making the changes. 

Changing Packaging/Product Imagery - 

To Add New Photos to Your Product Listings You Can Follow These Steps:

• Go to your “Products Tab” in your Bubble Goods Vendor Dashboard
• Click “Edit” on the product listing that needs updating
• Go to the “Images” tab
• Click “Upload Images”
• Bubble Goods will review these and ensure the proper photos are displayed on your Bubble Goods product page. 

Ingredient Changes - 

Ingredient changes are crucial to report to the Bubble Goods team. Bubble Goods has high ingredients standards and our customer is very conscious of ingredients. If you are planning to change your ingredients or reformulate a product, you will need this product to re-approved and it will be treated like a new product listing. To begin, please follow the below steps:

• Update inventory on existing product to be 0 so no further sales are made (in case one of the new ingredients is not Bubble Goods approved)
• Add a new product listing and send samples for approval
• Contact [e-mail] immediately with which product listing had changes
• Bubble Goods will review your new products and archive your old ones

Updating Product Info - 

Updating product information within your brand dashboard. Simply navigate to the "product and samples" within the dashboard and find the "Approved/Live Products" section. Once there, you will see the option to edit individual product listings. Click "edit" on the one you'd like to edit. 

Once here, you can update product details, pack sizes, pricing, etc. All changes will move your product from live to awaiting review by the Bubble Goods team. The team will review any changes asap. 

Accessing Your Sales Data - 

As a Maker on Bubble Goods, you have full access to your up-to-date sales data through the seller 

dashboard. In the Dashboard on the "home" page, you can view the below metrics: 

• Sales 
• Outstanding Orders 
• Pending Payments 
• Avg Fulfillment Speed 
• Reviews
