How do I access shipping labels?
While logged into your BUBBLE Vendor Dashboard, you can view and print your labels in the Order Fulfillment tab.
What are the BUBBLE Shipping requirements?
All vendors are required to ship all orders within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
What if I can’t ship an order within the required 2 business days?
If you cannot ship within the 2 business day requirements without pending orders, you should set your products out of stock until you can.
If you cannot ship an outstanding order within the 2 business day window, click the “Help” button or email support@bubblegoods.com and contact us with the order number and when you can ship the items out so we can handle customer service.
Note: the customer may want to cancel their order due to delayed shipping and this will count as a strike against your account.
What do I do if my shipping label has incorrect weights?
This is due to the weights entered for the product listing when it was set up. You will need to update your weights in your product listing so all future labels are correct. You will be charged the difference if there are any extra costs accrued for delivery.
What if I need to ship an order in multiple boxes but only received one shipping label?
Click the “Help” button or email support@bubblegoods.com and contact us with the order number, number of boxes, and total number of remaining labels needed.
I cannot fulfill an order - how do I cancel the order?
Please adjust your inventory levels to avoid this issue, it will count as a strike against your account. To cancel an order you will need to contact us here in your vendor portal with the order number and provide us with a reason why this order cannot be fulfilled. (ie: no inventory to fulfill this order, this item is recalled..)
I accidentally shipped the wrong items - what do I do?
Click the “Help” button and contact us with the order number and what was mistakenly shipped so we can handle customer service. You will need to re-ship with the correct items to the customer as well as cover the shipping cost for the extra shipment.

How to qualify my product as a gift?
This is up to the discretion of BUBBLE to decide if your product listing is a giftable item, which would have your listing appear in the Gift collection. To help improve gift options, we suggest:
- Adding variety pack options
- Sample sized bundle
- A gift wrapped item
- Pairing your items to make a themed bundle
- Including a keepsake gift like a cookbook, tote bag or mug
Inventory
I am going on vacation or am going to be out of stock for a while, what do I do?
Set all your products out of stock until you are able to fulfill orders again. Set them back in stock once you can fulfill orders again.
I have discontinued a product, how can I delist it?
Click the “Help” button or email support@bubblegoods.com and contact us
Payments
When and how do I get paid for orders?
After your Stripe Account is set up in your BUBBLE Vendor Dashboard you will receive your payments automatically at the end of each month into your Stripe Account, there is no need to submit invoices.
Where do I see my payments for my BUBBLE account?
Payments can be viewed in the Fulfillment & Sales tab.
Why is there a payout from sales missing?
If this happens, check your Stripe connection to make sure it has been properly set up, otherwise contact us here in your vendor portal and we can get your account sorted ASAP!
A payout could be unpaid due to a customer refund for damage, incorrect items sent or another fault by you as the vendor.

How can I update my password?
Sign out of your account and instead of logging in choose “Forgot Password.”
Where are BUBBLE’s Terms and Conditions?
When you created your account, you agreed to BUBBLE’s Vendor Terms & Conditions, Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy.
How do I terminate my account?
Please contact us through the “Help” chat box or email support@bubblegoods.com and request to cancel your account.
