Photo Requirements for Perishable Product Listings on BUBBLE

BUBBLE Photo Standards

Including the proper photos in your product listing will help ensure your product is seen by a curated customer base. 

Photo standards are outlined below by product category and are required in order to be selling on BUBBLE.

BUBBLE File Type Requirements

BUBBLE supports these types of files: .jpg, .gif. png. BUBBLE is working on supporting video (.mp4) in the upcoming future.

• Product Listings Photos

  • All product listing images should be1x1 ratio(ideally1024x 1024px), high resolution with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.

Perishable Product Listing Requirement: 

Shipping perishable goods can be a tad bit complicated on the Brand and on the customer end. Each perishable product listing requires a minimum of 4 specific images that highlights the product and their packaging. Depending what category your product is, the requirement will be a little bit different (ex: the main image for seafood may be set-up differently than ice cream). Please review the picture requirements for each category you plan on selling on BUBBLE.

Image #01 'Hero Product Image'

• This is also the main image a customer will see when scrolling through the BUBBLE website. Think of it as the “money shot” 
• This image also needs to be on a white background.

Image #02 'Lifestyle'

• Lifestyle images should highlight the product’s usage. The customer should not be confused on what the product is or how to use it.

Image #03 'Outer Packaging'

• By including a picture of your packaging (shipping box… ) this helps customers understand that your product is frozen and is coming from the Brand and not from BUBBLE.

Image #04 'Nutritional Panel/Label'

Frozen (Burgers, Pizza, Biscuits…etc) Requirement:

If you’re under the Frozen (Burger, Pizza, Biscuits…) we require you to submit 'Hero Product Image' that shows the packaging (box, wrapper.. etc) next to the food product.

Dairy (Yogurt, Cheese, Milk, Ice Cream…etc) Requirement:

If you’re under the Dairy (Yogurt, Ice Cream, Milk..) we do accept the product as is, but to really showcase and make your product look delicious and standout amongst the crowd, we recommend having some of the product spill/scoop out to showcase the flavor/texture and its complete deliciousness.

Bread (Baked Goods, Desserts… )  Requirement:

If you’re under the Baked Goods Category, it is recommended that you highlight the packaging and the product. Show us if it comes in a loaf vs sliced!

Meat / Seafood Requirement:

If you’re under the Meat/Seafood Category, we require certain images that highlight the product + packaging. If your product does not come with packaging that has your Brand logo, please showcase your product on white butcher/parchment paper. If your product does come with packaging (box packaging) please have the packaging and product (on white butcher/parchment paper) next to each other. This will help differentiate your product from other brands in the same category.

Produce (CSA, Fruits, Vegetables…etc) Requirement:
If you’re under the Produce (CSA, Fruits, Vegetables...) Category, we do require if you come in its package to have that included in the main photo if possible.
